"White Flag"
I look at the piece as a wordless poem carried by the wind. An, obviously,
artificial/non-existing wind, bearing a message. The visitor is free
to interpret the message, but the white flags indicate that it has something
to do with peace. The mechanic link that begin when people pass by,
also insinuate the act of political fawning when it comes to peace sanctions.
